Physical activity in mid-life may help protect joint health during aging

(Wiley) In an Arthritis Care & Research analysis of 6,661 participants in the Australian Longitudinal Study on Women's Health, maintaining at least low levels of physical activity throughout middle age was associated with lower prevalence and incidence of joint symptoms later in life.
