(Peter the Great Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University) Specialists of the Institute of Physics, Nanotechnology and Telecommunications of Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University signed two contracts for the development and adaptation of technologies for the manufacturing of Chinese electronics. Researchers started the fulfillment of contracts at the beginning of August 2017.
