Practical work-related tasks may reduce burnout in new employees

(American Friends of Tel Aviv University) A new Tel Aviv University study suggests that immediately charging new employees with simple, direct and meaningful tasks may be more effective in preventing newcomer burnout in the workplace than providing 'emotional' assistance.
