Parent mentors improve Latino children's health insurance coverage rates

(University of Connecticut) Latino children have the highest uninsured rate in the United States. However, new study findings in the March issue of Health Affairs show parent mentors are highly effective at providing uninsured Latino children with health insurance coverage.
