(Terry Collins Assoc) Over 300 participants -- 70 percent of them clinical professionals -- from 80 nations will exchange expertise on torture rehabilitation at a scientific symposium, Mexico City Dec. 5-7, organized by the Denmark-based International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims.100+ presentations will address issues from torture in Syria, southern European refugee transit camps, Central American migrants, and the US detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where denial of help to survivors is called 'torture by other means.'
