(Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin) Researchers and practitioners across the globe frequently use the 'EORTC' questionnaire to measure self-reported quality of life of cancer patients. For the first time, a group of researchers from Charité -- Universitätsmedizin Berlin have determined general population quality of life normative data for 15 individual countries. These data allow for a more meaningful interpretation of questionnaire scores and provide information on regional differences in quality of life. The results of this study have now been published in the European Journal of Cancer*.
