(Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology) The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) announces annual Leading Edge Consortium (LEC) to prepare assessment practitioners to manage trends with appropriate professional and scientific rigor. The LEC will offer participants the opportunity to gain a deeper appreciation for the changes occurring selection and assessment practice. They'll learn how new technologies, evolving business processes, and market shifts are disrupting assessment. The LEC will take place on October 25-26, 2019 at Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
