Effort to create mouse that more closely mirrors human Alzheimer's wins federal grant

(University of California - Irvine) A proposal to humanize several mouse genes for research into Alzheimer's disease has spurred the National Institute on Aging to award $11.35 million to the University of California, Irvine.
