(University of Illinois College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences) Nutrition and family studies researchers at the University of Illinois have collaborated for the last 10 years to understand the characteristics of picky eaters and to identify possible correlations of the behavior. They found that certain genes related to taste perception may be behind some of these picky eating habits.
