First insight into which patients repeatedly miss GP appointments

(Lancaster University) The largest ever analysis of NHS patients who fail to attend reveals that the most important indicator of which patients will miss multiple appointments is socio-economic deprivation. A fifth of people are regularly missing appointments with those aged 16-30 and over 90 the most likely to fail to attend.
